We always welcome and encourage our clients to put their dogs in and get their dogs out of their dog runs. However, this does require a little of your time. For our regular clients who occasionally are pressed for time we offer our V.I.P. Express Check-In/Out Service at no additional charge.

Here's how it works:

Express Check-In: When you call to make your reservation just tell us that you would like the Express Check-In service. We will get all the information regarding dates, food, play times, bathing instructions, etc., over the phone and put it on your dog's record. When you bring your dog in just tell us your name, put your dog in one of the holding runs and leave. It will take less than one minute. Holding runs are located in the room at the right of the check in/out desk (see photo to the right).

Express Check-Out: When you return, just call us 30 minutes before you want to pick your dog up. We will calculate your bill and your dog will again be in a holding run awaiting your arrival. Hand us a check or cash and put your leash on your dog. Again, it should take less than one minute.

"Why can't we go to the wedding with you? Well, if we can't go, please take us to see our friends at Country Acres Kennels!"

We know that your pet is an important member of your family and for those times when they just can't go with you, we're here to provide their "home away from home".
