Express Check-In and Check-Out
V.I.P. (Very Important Pet) Check-In/Out Service
We always welcome and encourage our clients to put their dogs in and get their dogs out of their runs. However, this does require a little of your time. For our regular clients who occasionally are pressed for time we offer our V.I.P. Express Check-In/Out Service at no additional charge.
We always welcome and encourage our clients to put their dogs in and get their dogs out of their runs. However, this does require a little of your time. For our regular clients who occasionally are pressed for time we offer our V.I.P. Express Check-In/Out Service at no additional charge.
Here's how it works:
Express Check-In: When you call to make your reservation
just tell us that you would like the Express Check-In service.
We will get all the information regarding dates, food,
PlayTimes, bathing instructions, etc., over the phone and
put it on your dog's record. When you bring your dog in just
tell us your name, put your dog in one of the holding runs
and leave. It will take less than one minute.
Express Check-Out: When you return, just call us at least 30
minutes before you want to pick up your dog, and we will
calculate your bill, and you can pay for it over the phone
with a debt/credit card, or cash/check upon arrival and
again your dog will be waiting in a holding run.
